After having accompanied people on their way to better health for more than 14 years, I can distinguish 2 types of people:
The "true changers" and the "Monday restarters" .
The Monday restarters start anew every week, with a new therapy idea, the latest diet and always motivated, at least for a while.
But somehow there is no real change.
After that, they are disappointed with themselves and fall back into old patterns.
On the other hand, there are the true changers who can achieve their health goals and keep them in the long term.
How do they do it?
Quite simply: Instead of constantly trusting the newest "hacks", imposing diets or believing in the latest "health products", they are working at their "head" .
They eliminate the causes of low-grade inflammation in the body, chronic stress & psycho-emotional rigidity and give their "health governor" , i.e. their brain , the energy it needs and thus back the steering wheel of health.

My name is David Loosen and as a sports scientist and therapist for clinical psycho-neuro-immunology I offer expertise in health and performance and help people to manifest more energy, well-being and quality of life in their lives.
I have been working in the health sector for over 10 years and have been able to gain experience both as a competitive athlete and as a therapist. My drive was and is above all my curiosity and fascination to understand the mechanisms and pathways of health and to put this knowledge
